Welcome to The Pain Adventure Trust, a registered charity based in Exmouth, Devon, UK. The Trust provides financial assistance to enable eligible young people to take part in adventurous activities both in the UK and abroad.

Do you dream of trekking through the foothills of the Himalayas, interrailing around Europe, assisting community projects in deprived areas of the world or taking part in a challenge closer to home? The Pain Adventure Trust may be able to help turn those dreams into reality.

What do we do?

We provide grants to young people to enable them to take part in adventurous activities.

Who can we help?

Young people aged between 10 and 22 years who live in East Devon or within eight miles of Exmouth Town Hall, excluding the area to the west of the estuary of the River Exe. Use our Postcode Checker.
