As part of the application process we request the following information; Name Contact information Address Telephone number Email Date of birth How will we use your information? Your information will be used to consider your application for financial assistance towards your adventure. We need to ensure you satisfy the grant application criteria as described here. By providing your personal information to the Trust you are entering into a contract to request funding for the proposed adventure. If you do not provide the necessary information to check you satisfy the acceptance criteria the Trust will not be able to consider your application. We will also use your contact information to contact you regarding the outcome of your application. Your data will not be used for any other purpose. Your data will not be shared with any third parties. How do we secure your information? The Trust are committed to ensuring the information you provide is safe and secure. We will prevent unauthorised access or disclosure by ensuring we have suitable and robust technical and organisational controls in place to safe guard your information.
