A completed application form, letter outlining why you feel the Pain Trust should support your application and supporting paperwork must be received at least 14 days before a meeting. The applicant and participants, must not have departed on the proposed adventure at the time the application is considered. Please apply in plenty of time. Sometimes Trustees raise queries that must be answered satisfactorily before a decision can be made.
You will know the result of your application within 14 days of the date of the meeting at which it was discussed, provided that the Trustees had all the necessary information to hand.
Both PDF and MS Word versions of the individual and group forms are available at the bottom of the page. All applications must be made using the August 2020 versions of the application forms and returned by email.
