Trustees' Meetings
A completed application form and supporting paperwork must be received in the office at least 16 days before a meeting.
Please apply in plenty of time. Sometimes Trustees raise
queries that must be answered satisfactorily before a decision can be made.
You will know the result of your application within one week
of the date of the meeting at which it was discussed, provided
that the Trustees had all the necessary information to hand.
Trustees' Meeting Dates
The 2008-09 dates have not yet been set, but if your application is in the office by the end of August 08 it will be considered at the September meeting (which will probably be around the middle of the month).
The meeting dates will be published on this site before the end of July.
