Trustees' Meetings
A completed application form and supporting paperwork must be received in the office at least 16 days before a meeting, and YOU must be in this country at the time the application is considered.
Please apply in plenty of time. Sometimes Trustees raise
queries that must be answered satisfactorily before a decision can be made.
You will know the result of your application within one week
of the date of the meeting at which it was discussed, provided
that the Trustees had all the necessary information to hand.
Trustees' Meeting Dates
20 October 2010 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 4 October. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
24 November 2010 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 8 November. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
12 January 2011 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 27 December. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
16 February 2011 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 31 January. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
23 March 2011 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 7 March. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
27 April 2011 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 11 April. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
8 June 2011 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 23 May. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
13 July 2011 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 27 June. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
14 September 2011 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 29 August. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
