Trustees' Meetings
A completed application form and supporting paperwork must be received in the office at least 16 days before a meeting, and YOU, the applicant, must be in this country at the time the application is considered.
Please apply in plenty of time. Sometimes Trustees raise
queries that must be answered satisfactorily before a decision can be made.
You will know the result of your application within one week
of the date of the meeting at which it was discussed, provided
that the Trustees had all the necessary information to hand.
Trustees' Meeting Dates
18 January 2012 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 2 January. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
22 February 2012 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 6 February. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
28 March 2012 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 12 March. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
2 May 2012 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 16 April. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
20 June 2012 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 4 June. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
18 July 2012 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 2 July. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
9 September 2012 - applications must be in the office by 9.00am on Monday 24 August. Late applications will be put back to the next meeting provided that the first day of the adventure has not passed.
